Business Tester

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in developing their business across software, embedded systems, cloud solutions, and data management. Their services include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Experience in projects related to the development of investment services
• Experience collaborating with business and IT teams
• Practical knowledge of investment funds (TFI), structured deposits, and retirement products (IKE/IKZE)
• Knowledge of investment processes including transaction lifecycle and corporate actions
• Understanding of regulatory requirements like MiFID II and AML
• Knowledge of capital gains tax principles and tax-efficient products
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios
• Experience testing algorithms, financial calculations, and billing processes
• Experience verifying reports, statements, and regulatory documentation
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and verification
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel for financial data analysis and recalculations
• Knowledge of test management tools, particularly Jira
• Nice to have: knowledge of core banking systems, high accuracy and meticulousness with financial data
• Ability to communicate effectively between business and technology teams
• Ability to precisely describe defects and assess their impact on business processes

• Design test scenarios based on use cases and end-to-end processes
• Create and execute tests covering the full client journey for investment products
• Report, analyze, and prioritize detected defects from a business perspective
• Prepare and manage test data reflecting real business processes
• Collaborate with business areas and IT teams on development initiatives
• Participate in testing processes related to investment funds, pension products, and structured deposits
• Prepare test documentation and reports supporting deployment decisions
• Provide services in a hybrid model, with presence in the Warsaw office once a week

Work model is hybrid with presence in the Warsaw office 1 time per week.
