Business Analyst

Their activities span technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Experience in asset management services, brokerage activities, or investment funds
• Knowledge of settlement and clearing processes for financial instruments
• Experience with payment, withdrawal, asset transfer processes, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of asset valuation, fee calculation, and collection processes
• Experience coordinating collaboration between business, operations, IT, accounting, and investment teams
• Ability to identify operational gaps and define procedures and operational instructions
• Practical knowledge of brokerage houses, investment fund companies (TFI), or investment banking

• Coordination of settlement and clearing processes for financial instruments
• Designing processes for payments, withdrawals, asset transfers, and client onboarding and offboarding
• Controlling fee calculation and collection processes
• Supporting the definition and coordination of Middle and Back Office processes required for asset management service launch
• Coordinating cooperation between business, operations, IT, accounting, and investment teams

Location of the project: Warsaw, Poland. Service delivery mode: hybrid, requiring presence in the Warsaw office once a week. Project budget: up to 100 PLN/hour + VAT, depending on experience and scope of services.
