GenAI Specialist / Data Scientist – AI Agents

The project focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions within an AWS-based environment, leveraging existing data and analytics platforms to develop scalable AI workflows that improve business processes and user experience.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Practical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Python libraries, LangChain, or comparable frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying GenAI or AI Agent solutions into production.
• Advanced Python programming skills, including object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, particularly AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, AWS Step Functions, and AWS Lambda.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience working in agile development environments and with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Design, build, and deploy AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows for real-world business use cases.
• Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and relevant AI/agent frameworks and SDKs.
• Integrate AI workflows with existing applications, data sources, and cloud-based services.
• Build scalable, production-ready solutions within an AWS environment.
• Optimize agent behaviour and outputs to deliver measurable business value.
• Design and implement tests to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and impact on business processes.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable solutions using Python and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders within an agile development team.
