People Systems & Automation Engineer

Originally started in Poland, it is now an international, cloud-based marketplace scaling rapidly in the beauty and wellness industry.

• Strong BigQuery and SQL skills
• Expert-level workflow automation including multi-step scenarios, branching, data stores, error handling, and webhooks
• Practical experience deploying large language models (LLMs) into production with structured outputs, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design
• Handle sensitive data (pay, performance, candidate info) with discretion and in compliance with GDPR
• Conversational English language skills (English is the company language)

Nice to have:

• Programming skills in JavaScript (Google Apps Script) and/or Python for complex glue code
• Experience with Google Cloud tools such as Firebase and AI Studio
• Experience guiding non-technical teams through workflow changes, not just delivering tools

• Build integrations and workflows against live systems such as BigQuery, Google Cloud, Apps Script, and HR/hiring platform APIs
• Implement AI models (Claude, Gemini) into production workflows with guardrails and human checkpoints
• Design and maintain configurable automation engines instead of one-off scripts
• Collaborate with People & Culture process owners to convert their workflows into buildable automations
• Track and report hours and costs saved through automation
