Data Engineer (K/M)

Neontri is a company of over 120 employees specializing in building systems mainly for the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support their clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The projects are typically large, complex, long-term, and often remote, serving millions of users daily.

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer
• Practical experience designing and modeling Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures
• Practical knowledge of Big Data technologies and handling large datasets
• Experience building Customer 360 / Golden Record and behavioral aggregates
• Experience integrating analytic systems with operational systems
• Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, both batch and event-driven
• Knowledge of CRM data specifics such as marketing consents and contact history
• Strong skills in SQL and query optimization
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with modern data formats and orchestration tools

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM migration and architecture (Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum

• 4–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably with large-scale data environments
• Design and model Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions for analytics and Real-Time/Near Real-Time processing
• Work with large volumes of data and Big Data technologies
• Build Customer 360 / Golden Record, behavioral aggregates, and Feature Stores
• Integrate analytical systems with operational systems, such as decision/recommendation engines with Campaign Management platforms
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and event-driven) supporting CRM processes
• Familiarity with CRM data including marketing consents, contact history, and opt-out
• Proficient in SQL and query optimization
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of modern data formats and orchestration tools

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM solution migrations and architecture (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
