E&I Supervisor

emagine Polska is hiring an E&I Supervisor for an EPC electrical work project related to a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium.

• Experience with projects involving large electrical scopes (MV, HV).
• Experience commissioning large installations.
• Knowledge of HV/LV electrical installations and power distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least 10 years in similar roles.
• Knowledge of AREI legislation.

• Responsible for quality control, supervision, planning, reporting, advising, and troubleshooting related to quality control and management of subordinate inspection personnel.
• Approval of method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), inspection and test plans (ITP), and civil work procedures (for delegates).
• Interpret codes and technical requirements.
• Supervise daily activities of EPC contractors and subcontractors; review and approve QA/QC documents provided by the EPC contractor.
• Implement ITP, method statements, and MSRA on site.
• Assist site inspectors during inspections.
• Investigate code compliance complaints and propose solutions.
• Inspect materials, products, and ongoing work to meet project standards and requirements.
• Verify QC documents.
• Prepare inspection reports (site inspection, observation notes, minutes).
• Coordinate with contractor for certificate of construction completion, handover process for electrical works, and signing quality documentation.
• Support monitoring project planning and progress onsite.
• Assist coordination with engineers, designers, and organize meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Participate in daily progress meetings with the main contractor.
• Write daily progress reports for E&I activities.
• Collaborate with other engineers and designers on the scope of electrical works.
