Wymagania
- Basic knowledge of network and server concepts including TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Windows Server
- Education in IT or technical field
- Fluent in Polish and communicative skills in English
- Availability for shift work between 5:45 and 22:15 including Saturdays
Nice to have:
- Experience in data protection and security as well as Linux system operation
- Previous professional experience in first and second-level IT support, preferably in logistics IT
Obowiązki
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues
- Provide first and second-level support for Windows and Linux systems
- Troubleshoot IT problems involving computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware, TCP/IP, routers, and Wi-Fi using available tools
