Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business testing in the financial sector (investment funds, structured deposits)
- Proven experience in independently conducting UAT tests and coordinating acceptance testing in large multi-system banking projects (e.g., TFI system migrations)
- Experience in data migrations: verifying correctness of historical data migration, balances, investment positions, and client profiles between systems
- Regulatory expertise: experience in implementing and testing system changes resulting from audits or legal regulations (e.g., MiFID revisions, capital gains tax changes, KNF requirements)
- Experience testing complex architectures integrating investment systems with Core Banking and CRM systems
- Experience managing other business testers or coordinating tests performed by business employees (key users)
- Ability to independently create UAT Test Plans, estimate effort, manage risk, and define entry/exit criteria for test phases
