AI Engineer Trainee

P&G Polska SP.Z O.O is hiring for a role based in the Warsaw Downtown Office. The position offers the chance to work on P&G-sized projects with global or regional responsibilities, collaborating with international teams and industry-leading technologies.

• Experience in Python programming language.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database systems.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of data processing concepts, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Experience with tools and frameworks Databricks and PySpark is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Design, develop, and scale AI/ML solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.
• Develop PoCs and evaluate emerging AI technologies and models.
• Create data pipelines, data models, and feature engineering solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI products and cloud infrastructure using cloud-native services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Apply MLOps, DataOps, and DevOps best practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) automation.
• Monitor, optimize, and enhance AI systems through observability and operational excellence.
