QA Senior Automation Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with practical test automation skills using various tools and frameworks for UI, API, and non-functional tests
• Extensive hands-on experience with scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java), Appium
• Nice to have: Cypress, Playwright (TypeScript), Robot Framework (Python)
• Familiarity with cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile test automation
• Experience implementing and maintaining Page Object Model (POM) and reusable test automation components
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack and Sauce Labs
• Experience with automated test reporting, logging, screenshots, video recordings, and failure diagnostics
• Experience in API testing: REST, SOAP, Postman, RestAssured
• Experience with non-functional performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
• Use of test management tools such as Zephyr, Jira, Azure Test Plans, and Confluence
• Leadership in evaluating automation trends and developing testing estimates
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Git, GitHub, and containerized environments
• Leadership in architecture, design, and implementation of QA frameworks including automation and CI/CD objectives
• Proven Agile/Scrum collaboration experience with developers, business analysts, architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality metrics, risk-based testing, and ISTQB practices
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English and ability to lead quality initiatives across distributed international teams

• Drive the Quality Assurance Automation strategy
• Translate system requirements and test cases into automated scripts to support product stability and quality
• Develop and test code ensuring functionality
• Implement automation scenarios throughout the software development life cycle using CI/CD tooling
• Fully integrate automation framework with CI/CD
• Collaborate with product and development teams for integrated systems/services
• Participate in architecture and test design of the application as appropriate
• Apply best practices in coding, version control, and solution design to ensure sustainability and maintainability
