Svitla Systems Inc. is hiring for a full-time Senior Python Engineer role in Europe to work on a broker platform delivering real-time risk solutions. The role focuses on building backend services for document intelligence and text extraction, integrating LLM capabilities accessible across teams.

• Solid professional experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps.
• Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building high-quality platform capabilities and APIs.
• Experience working with infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to take ownership and make informed technical decisions.

• Design, build, and productionize scalable backend services and APIs for document intelligence and text extraction.
• Contribute to the development of LLM-powered capabilities and solutions supporting business workflows.
• Work across the full project lifecycle as part of a cross-functional team.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for deployment and environment management on GCP.
• Build tools and frameworks to make LLM capabilities accessible and reusable across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, performance, scalability, and reliability.
