Senior Product Owner (Integration & Platform)

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience working on cloud-based software projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with data platforms, data flows, and integrations between systems.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product prioritization, and backlog management.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Professional level of English (B1).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, LLMs, retrieval-based systems, or AI governance.
• Previous experience working with AI platforms or data products.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other Product Owners.

• Define and prioritize AI platform, data, and integration capabilities supporting multiple product teams.
• Translate business and technical objectives into product roadmaps, priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform capabilities.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities across multiple products.
• Ensure platform capabilities meet requirements around scalability, security, reliability, and governance.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and business teams.
• Maximize business value through effective backlog prioritization and delivery planning.
• Support and coach other Product Owners within the team.

Candidates must be based in Portugal. Hybrid working model - 2 to 3 times per week in Lisbon.
