Senior DevOps Engineer

USEO has been building web applications since 2009. The company is small with no layers of management, working on projects that run for years rather than quarters. Almost all clients come from referrals. The project relates to a large, stable platform for a Swiss client serving large, global companies, compliant with SOC 2 Type II and PCI standards.

• At least 7 years of DevOps experience.
• Experience running production on AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including private cluster setup.
• Proficiency with Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Strong understanding of networking.
• Experience working with environments enforcing compliance requirements such as SOC 2 and PCI.
• Ability to set up staging and development environments with Kubernetes.
• Comfortable communicating fluently in English daily with the client.
• Experience with well-established AI workflows in daily work.

• Work day to day with the client's team, coordinating in English.
• Maintain and operate production infrastructure on AWS.
• Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters, including private clusters.
• Use Terraform and ArgoCD for infrastructure as code and deployments.
• Set up staging and development environments with Kubernetes.
• Ensure infrastructure complies with SOC 2 Type II and PCI security standards.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and related tools.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Atlantis, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture.
• Experience with Helm.
• Setting up alerting for large scale projects.
