Senior Fullstack Developer

P&P Solutions is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to work on shaping the architecture of a mature enterprise platform, setting front-end standards using React and TypeScript, implementing AI-assisted development practices, and co-developing the technical direction of the product.

• Extensive experience developing enterprise-class solutions with large, complex codebases
• Strong proficiency in Java, especially in Java/Jakarta EE environments
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript, including designing maintainable and scalable front-end architectures
• Experience defining architecture and technical strategy, including distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and architecture
• Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and container technologies like Docker
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and current AI integration patterns
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience modernizing monolithic enterprise applications
• Experience with financial systems, ERP, or other business-critical solutions
• Familiarity with legacy technologies and mixed-technology environments, including C
• Experience mentoring engineers and technical leaders and working in international, distributed teams

• Collaborate on developing and evolving the product's architectural vision
• Make technical decisions across multiple engineering teams and conduct project and implementation reviews for architectural consistency
• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements regarding scalability, security, operability, and maintainability
• Lead the platform's evolution towards a modular, cloud-native architecture using containerization and orchestration
• Identify technical debt and direct modernization initiatives
• Establish front-end standards, reusable UI architecture patterns, component strategies, and adopt an internal UI framework
• Implement AI-assisted development practices using tools like GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot, and design services integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Promote an engineering culture focused on quality, automation, TDD, and continuous improvement
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders, and support recruitment and technical evaluation processes
