Project Manager

POSTDATA has been developing advanced software for over 30 years for the largest organizations in Poland. Their teams use SCRUM to develop several products utilized daily by over 30,000 users. They work on large-scale, business-critical IT projects focused on product functionality, reliability, and availability.

• Higher education, preferably in informatics, economics, or management
• Experience in managing and implementing IT projects
• Practical knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
• Independence, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build effective cooperation with various stakeholders
• Experience working with agile teams
• Additional advantage: certifications confirming project management competencies, e.g., PMP

• Plan projects comprehensively, including scope, budget, revenues, and schedule
• Monitor project progress regarding scope, costs, deadlines, and quality
• Identify and manage project risks
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients, production teams, and subcontractors
• Prepare offers and participate in negotiating cooperation terms
• Support the process of acquiring new projects and orders
• Manage project closure including settlements, acceptance documentation, and post-project reports
