Project Manager

co.brick Talents is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team responsible for Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and IT resilience. The role involves leading initiatives for preparing, developing, and implementing solutions to ensure swift recovery of key services and systems during emergency situations.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, Cyber, Risk, or Resilience areas.
• Practical knowledge of Disaster Recovery Plan, Business Continuity, or IT Service Continuity.
• Good understanding of IT architecture including networks, backup, and on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing and coordinating work across multiple teams.
• Ability to navigate corporate or regulated environments efficiently.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Practical knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar solutions.

• Lead projects related to Disaster Recovery and IT Resilience from planning to closure.
• Coordinate the creation, update, and implementation of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
• Prepare schedules, scopes of work, milestones, and monitor progress.
• Gather and organize requirements from business, IT, and security areas.
• Identify potential threats and emergency scenarios concerning IT systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, security teams, business representatives, and external suppliers.
• Coordinate preparation and documentation of recovery procedures post-failure.
• Organize and conduct DR tests, including technical tests, process tests, and crisis scenario simulations.
• Analyze test results and prepare recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor risks related to business continuity and IT environment resilience.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and materials related to DRP for management and audit needs.
• Act as a coordinator between IT, security, business, and suppliers.
• Present project statuses, results of activities, and recommended improvements.
