Network Infrastructure Manager

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Manager responsible for leading a team of specialists focused on administration, maintenance, and development of network environments for both clients and the company's own organization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a technical team or IT department.
• Experience organizing team work, task delegation, managing priorities, and developing employee competencies.
• Proactive, initiative-taking, and creative problem-solving skills, including seeking unconventional solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Cisco technologies, especially routing, switching, and basic security solutions, enabling technical discussions and decision-making.
• General knowledge of server infrastructure, operating systems, and backup solutions to understand interdependencies within IT infrastructure and conduct substantive client discussions.
• Ability to build partnership relationships with technical and business clients and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Competence in planning team work, effective resource and priority management, and decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with effective operational management.
• Independence, responsibility, proactivity, and a focus on the development of people, team, and services.
• Knowledge of Polish and English languages at a minimum B2 level.

• Manage the Network Technology Department and organize its daily operations.
• Build an engaged and autonomous team, develop employee competencies, and support them in achieving goals.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation and collaborate with Project Managers for specialist allocation.
• Coordinate maintenance, development, and optimization of IT environments with other teams such as AIX/Linux, Oracle, Microsoft, and teams responsible for business applications like Symphony GOLD.
• Supervise IT environments for availability, performance, and security; coordinate incident handling and escalation.
• Cooperate with clients regarding service maintenance, development, and technological change planning.
• Identify improvement areas and initiate organizational and technological solutions.
• Support the team in solving complex technical problems and making decisions about architecture and environment development.
• Seek new service development opportunities and stimulate the team to create innovative solutions.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
