Project Lead – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Several years of experience managing projects/programs in financial environment, Shared Services, GBS, or similar • Very good practical knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes • Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives • Experience in process standardization, harmonization, and process governance development • Practical knowledge of SAP • Experience identifying automation and process improvement opportunities • Ability to work with data to support decision-making and formulate recommendations • Very good English language skills (B2)

• Lead projects and initiatives in Order-to-Cash (O2C) with emphasis on continuous improvement and process optimization • Identify improvement areas using expert knowledge of O2C processes • Initiate and lead activities for process standardization, operational efficiency improvement, and process harmonization • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities • Coordinate implementation of process improvements and monitor outcomes • Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services / GBS, IT, and business teams • Support the organization in building and maintaining process governance • Analyze process and operational data to support decision-making and recommend improvements • Prepare recommendations for process optimization and efficiency enhancement • Manage stakeholders and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and results of initiatives • Ensure durability of implemented changes and achievement of business outcomes • Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
