Power BI Developer

• Practical experience in creating reports and dashboards with Power BI
• Good knowledge of DAX
• Practical knowledge of Power Query
• Experience building and working with data models
• Ability to work with data from various sources
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong asset
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Understanding of business needs and translating them into reporting solutions
• Experience working in a self-service BI / Citizen Development environment
• Communicative knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an international organization / SSC / GBS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, or Power Apps
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment

• Creating, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• Preparing interactive visualizations and reports aligned with business needs
• Collaborating with business users to understand reporting and data analysis requirements
• Translating business requirements into analytic and reporting solutions
• Extracting, preparing, and transforming data for reporting purposes
• Creating and optimizing data models in Power BI
• Preparing measures and calculations using DAX
• Utilizing Power Query for data preparation and transformation
• Integrating data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and consistency
• Automating reporting processes to reduce manual work
• Enhancing and optimizing existing reports
• Collaborating with IT, Data, and business teams
• Supporting business users in effective use of Power BI and self-service analytics
• Documenting solutions and maintaining reporting standards
• Identifying opportunities for further use of data and BI tools in the organization
