Senior AI Platform Engineer

Ness Solution is developing a modern AI Platform in the Microsoft Azure environment, focusing on Cloud/Platform Engineering and AI/ML technologies.

• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AI/ML or GenAI projects.
• Practical experience creating and maintaining production cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud administration and development.
• Very good knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of Azure AI Foundry.
• Hands-on experience with Azure API Management.
• Experience with AKS and Docker.
• Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools: Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Application Insights.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and monitoring AI/ML platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity, permission, and secret management.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Communicative proficiency in English (B2).
• Willingness to provide services from Poland.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least 1 day per week onsite in Warsaw.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize an AI platform running on Microsoft Azure.
• Design and develop services using Azure AI Foundry.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Build and improve CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Administer and develop container environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement monitoring, observability, and diagnostics solutions.
• Integrate and manage AI services via Azure API Management.
• Support implementation of solutions using GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Architecture, Security, and Governance teams in solution design and deployment.
