• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions.
• Background in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• IT-related background via formal education or hands-on experience.
• Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.

• Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.
• Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.
• Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement.
