IT Project Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage issues and resolve conflicts
• Communicative proficiency in English

• Lead projects from requirements gathering through production deployment and closure
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with shared resources
• Create and manage schedules based on internal priorities
• Coordinate work of technical analysts, external development teams, and security, compliance, and maintenance teams
• Plan production deployments considering component dependencies
• Conduct procurement processes and RFP meetings, manage contracts and partner deadlines
• Determine team roles and resources in collaboration with team leaders
• Identify changes and risks, escalate issues requiring decisions
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and provide regular status reports
• Ensure technical and user documentation is current
• Improve project management processes within the organization
