Specjalista ds. Rozwiązań Bezpieczeństwa IT (k/m)

RADMOR SA is part of the largest private defense group in Poland, working on certification and security of embedded radiocommunication devices and systems.

• Higher technical education (Telecommunications, Electronics, IT Security, Cybersecurity).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in modeling systems with MBSE-class tools.
• Ability to model systems using the UML language.
• Experience working in complex security environments.
• Knowledge of the Common Criteria standard for IT product security evaluation.
• English language proficiency enabling communication and use of technical literature.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of operating system security.
• Knowledge of network security concepts (IP/ETH), including IPSec, PKI, KMI.
• Experience in IT system accreditation for classified information processing.
• Ability to concisely communicate complex security issues orally and in writing.

• Support and monitor security certification processes according to classified information protection laws.
• Model security systems and solutions using MBSE-class tools.
• Analyze standards and recommendations in IT security certification processes.
• Support developers in software and hardware development.
• Create and update product documentation with security certificates.

Work is primarily on-site with limited remote work only in specific isolated IT infrastructure areas without remote access. Data processing is handled according to applicable data protection regulations, with rights to access, correct, and contest personal data processing.
