Senior Java Developer

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering Java-based solutions.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), software design patterns, and data modeling.
• Extensive expertise using the Spring ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of creating robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and solid understanding of ORM frameworks, specifically JPA (Hibernate).
• Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka or alternative message brokers.
• Fundamental ability to utilize modern AI tools in daily work.
• Hands-on practice designing and deploying microservices-based architectures.
• Fluent Polish & English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts).
• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Working with data serialization formats (JSON, Protobuf, Avro).
• Tuning and profiling application performance.
• Connecting with third-party external systems.
• Background in digital health, telecare, or telehealth sectors.

• Architect and build advanced, easily scalable enterprise-level Java applications.
• Collaborate in defining and analyzing software requirements.
• Advise on technical choices and shape the technology stack across all project phases.
• Partner with stakeholders and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve intricate engineering problems.
• Proactively spot areas for system optimization and propose actionable enhancements.
