Workplace Architect

ITFS is offering a position focused on workplace environment architecture and migration within Modern Workplace and Client IT domains.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Documented expertise in Modern Workplace, Client IT, and endpoint security
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Client
• Experience with Virtualization/VDI, collaboration, and endpoint security solutions
• Experience delivering large and complex IT projects and end-to-end workplace environment migrations
• Experience in enterprise operations and multi-location organizations
• Experience in multi-provider environments and coordinating multiple suppliers
• Ability to design target architecture and create technical documentation
• Knowledge of architectural methodologies
• Experience managing risk, quality, change, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of technology standards, roadmap creation, and lifecycle management
• Ability to collaborate with architects, technical teams, business, and providers
• Self-reliance and high organizational skills
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level

• Analyze and assess existing Modern Workplace and Client IT environments
• Prepare documentation, concepts, and target workplace environment architecture
• Design solutions covering M365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Client, Virtualization/VDI, collaboration, and Endpoint Security
• Collaborate closely with IT Migration Architect in design and execution of migrations
• Lead project and migration processes end-to-end from analysis to handover
• Plan and coordinate testing and verify implemented solutions
• Coordinate integration with related systems and technical dependencies
• Coordinate work between internal teams and external service providers
• Monitor progress, report status, risks, and quality
• Identify migration risks and define mitigation actions
• Support transition into operations and handover to maintenance teams
• Advise on technology standards, development roadmap, and lifecycle management
• Prepare final technical documentation, reports, and post-implementation materials
• Actively participate in project meetings, technical workshops, and architecture sessions
• Independently organize work and collaborate with key stakeholders
