Wymagania
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Deep understanding of C#, .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of software design principles: object-oriented design, domain-oriented architecture
- Ability to establish and maintain automated quality control: tests, analyzers, and CI gates
- Ability to split large projects into small, independently shippable increments
- Ability to judge design and implementation quality in code review, and explain the judgment
- English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams
Bonus Skills:
- Experience leading a technical initiative from idea to production
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, CI/CD
- Willingness to learn new skills, accept challenges, and grow as an individual contributor
Obowiązki
- Build and extend web services in the internal developer platform
- Work on tooling to automate and improve the development process
- Own changes end to end, from problem reporting to release
