AI Native Software Engineer

Booksy is a global cloud-based marketplace originally started in Poland, connecting independent beauty professionals with their clients through an app that simplifies booking and payments. Booksy is the world's leading hair & beauty app focused on organizing and simplifying the business operations of beauty professionals.

• Commercial experience in software engineering or a technical role.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Cursor.
• Working knowledge of agentic workflows and concepts like MCP.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Python or JavaScript.
• Portfolio, open-source contribution, or project demonstrating your work.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Visible history of open-source contributions.
• Built projects with agentic frameworks or MCP beyond tutorials.
• Exposure to Google Cloud.

• Experiment beyond existing AI use cases and create new AI solutions.
• Build proofs of concept from ideas you generate.
• Develop and ship AI-first features from ideation through launch.
• Collaborate across Product & Tech teams.
• Partner with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to deploy solutions live.
