ERP Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join our international team and support the delivery of enterprise-scale ERP transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV implementations
• Experience as Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or Senior Functional/Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Business Central architecture, configuration, and customization
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Experience designing integrations with external systems and APIs
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Strong understanding of ERP best practices and enterprise-scale implementations
• Experience in project estimation, planning, and costing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally internationally

Nice to have:

• Experience migrating Dynamics NAV to Business Central
• Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in international enterprise environments
• Consulting or advisory background
• Experience in manufacturing, finance, retail, or supply chain projects

• Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices
• Analyze processes with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Provide advisory support on ERP systems, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams internationally
• Oversee solution quality including integrations, customizations, and system enhancements
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and costing
• Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance of solutions
• Provide technical guidance to consultants and development teams
• Support migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives related to Business Central
• Participate in client workshops and occasional business trips to Dubai and other locations
