Project Manager

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is a company operating in the banking sector, with projects involving API product implementations and integrations in production banking systems.

• At least 10 years of experience in managing technological projects
• Experience with risk management and change management
• Proficiency with Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of APIs

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from partner collaboration to production system implementation
• Coordinate the implementation plan of API products, working with multiple organizational units of the Bank
• Integrate and launch products in production
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and remove blockers impacting project delivery
• Prepare project status reports ensuring transparency and business goal achievement
• Ensure every new API product complies with the Bank's standards
• Plan project scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage project team and stakeholders
• Monitor project status, risks, and dependencies
• Manage risk and change (change management)
• Report project progress
• Ensure the quality of delivered outcomes
