System Analyst

• Higher education in IT or related fields (mathematics, physics, telecommunications).
• Senior-level experience in system analysis services.
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notation.
• Practical experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ, understanding their differences.
• Knowledge of REST API.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect tool.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Independence in conducting system analyses.
• Analytical and inquisitive problem-solving approach.
• Very good knowledge of Polish and readiness to provide services from Poland.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Camunda tool.

• Deliver services in the financial sector focusing on processes for individual client accounts.
• Participate in teams developing and maintaining banking solutions.
• Identify and analyze user requirements, translating them into user stories.
• Create and maintain project documentation according to quality standards.
• Prepare test scenarios and cases, supporting software testing processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Engage in the full product lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Conduct system analyses related to product and process development and maintenance.
• Ensure documentation quality, requirement consistency, and change traceability.
• Work with tools and technologies such as UML, BPMN, REST API, PostgreSQL, Enterprise Architect, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Operate in an Agile environment.
• Provide services hybrid mode with minimum quarterly office presence in Poznań, Wrocław, or Warszawa.

• The candidate must have very good knowledge of Polish and be ready to provide services from within Poland.
• Hybrid work mode requiring presence in office at least once per quarter in Poznań, Wrocław, or Warszawa.
