Wymagania
- Proven track record (12+ years) delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
- Effective communication and leadership skills with mentoring experience
- Creative problem-solving with curiosity and ingenuity
- Possession of ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at B2+ level
Obowiązki
- Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence
- Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
- Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
- Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
- Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
- Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, governance ensuring quality, security, and performance
- Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
- Support marketing activities including campaigns, events, Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’
