An AI-native RegTech scale-up building a GenAI-powered regulatory change management platform for banks and FinTechs. The platform turns regulatory publications into structured obligations, assesses impact against internal policies and controls, coordinates remediation, and answers compliance questions through an interactive AI assistant. Core promises to regulated customers include explainable AI, tenant isolation, and a defensible audit trail.

• Genuinely senior engineer who can hold their own against strong peers and is trusted to get it right.
• Full-stack developer comfortable with back-end and front-end technologies.
• Solid software-engineering foundations plus real AI competence including custom LLMs, agent building, and enterprise LLM-API integration.
• Strong AWS skills (RDS, S3, Cognito) and instinct for secure, multi-tenant, regulated workload design (encryption, isolation, role-based access).
• Data literate: reads and understands data to reach correct conclusions before acting.
• Leads by delivery: earns trust by building and getting it right.

• Own code review for the team's pull requests involving Node.js and Python, both back-end and front-end.
• Lead a small team hands-on: design the system, write code, review code, and ship correct work quickly.
• Insist on understanding root cause before building and discussing approach before writing code.
• Own the AWS foundations including RDS, S3 encryption at rest, logical tenant isolation, Cognito identity, and LLM-integration patterns (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic via enterprise APIs).
• Safeguard explainability, tenant isolation and audit-trail integrity; ensure correct modeling of events, obligations, identities, and minimization of sensitive data exposure.
• Raise the team's understanding of the system, the data model and the business to improve delivery speed.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
