Senior Project Manager (projekty regulacyjne)

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in banking or regulated institutions
• Experience in regulatory, corrective, compliance, or transformation projects within the financial sector
• Good knowledge of projects related to risk, complaints, payments, consumer protection, or regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze processes and translate regulatory changes into concrete action plans
• Experience managing projects spanning business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal areas
• Effective coordination of changes in business processes, operations, and IT systems
• Experience collaborating with management and preparing reports and recommendations
• Knowledge and practical use of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalents
• Higher education in technical or project management fields

• Conduct the analytical and planning phase of the project and prepare recommendations on how to execute it
• Analyze current processes and identify areas needing changes due to regulatory requirements
• Prepare the implementation plan, schedule, and key milestones
• Coordinate work across business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal departments
• Manage risk, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines while monitoring progress
• Prepare reports, status updates, and recommendations for management to ensure timely delivery of planned activities
