Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing IT projects or programs.
- Experience leading projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API integration.
- Experience working with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Preferred knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Very good command of English language.
Obowiązki
- Manage program delivery involving multiple technology teams.
- Coordinate the full software development lifecycle in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily, Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Retrospective.
- Plan and monitor sprint schedules and product releases.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers impacting project delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, development teams, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and efficient use of project resources.
- Participate in technical discussions on cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Report project status and communicate with key stakeholders.
