Data Engineer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems primarily for financial, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce clients. They undertake large, complex projects used daily by millions of users, mostly managed remotely with periodic in-person meetings. The company also supports clients in recruiting specialists and offers body leasing services.

• 4–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably with large-scale data environments
• Experience in designing and modeling Data Warehouse / Data Lake
• Practical knowledge of Big Data technologies
• Experience building Customer 360 / Golden Record, behavioral aggregates, Feature Stores
• Experience integrating analytic with operational systems
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, batch and event-driven
• Knowledge of CRM data, including marketing consents and contact history
• Proficient in SQL and query optimization
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of modern data formats and process orchestration tools

Nice to have:

• Experience in migrations and CRM architecture (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Designing and modeling Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions for analytics and Real-Time / Near Real-Time systems
• Working with large data volumes and Big Data technologies
• Building Customer 360 / Golden Record, behavioral aggregates, and Feature Stores
• Integrating analytical systems with operational systems (e.g., decision engines, campaign management platforms)
• Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and event-driven) supporting CRM processes
• Optimizing SQL queries and managing data formats and orchestration tools
