Configuration (DevOps) Engineer

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a CI/CD system such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity
• Experience automating processes with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python
• Ability to use REST APIs for process automation
• Experience with Windows and/or Unix/Linux administration and scripting (Bash)
• Experience with Docker and Git
• Experience with cross-team collaboration
• Self-driven and autonomous, capable of owning tasks end-to-end
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of C# and C++
• Experience with monorepositories and managing large build artifacts
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Experience maintaining RPM repositories
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms
• Expertise in package managers (e.g., publishing/maintaining NuGet or Conan packages)
• Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)

• Develop, maintain, and monitor build automation systems for seamless software builds and deployments
• Write and maintain scripts for infrastructure deployment automation, monitoring, and configuration management
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, optimize build performance
• Implement and manage configuration management tools for consistent environments across development, testing, and production
• Document processes, procedures, pipeline architecture, and operational standards
• Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT operations to ensure smooth product delivery
• Drive improvements to CI/CD processes, automation, and reliability
• Own build/release infrastructure health, security SLAs, and incident response as scope expands
