Business Development Manager - iGaming

Nuvei is a global fintech company building infrastructure for payment processing worldwide. Nuvei connects businesses to customers in over 200 markets with local acquiring in 52 markets, supports 150 currencies, and over 720 alternative payment methods.

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in payments, fintech, or iGaming.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Skilled in solution selling methodologies including technical, commercial, and compliance discussions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Strong European market awareness and willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, Greek, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Croatian) is advantageous.

• Present Nuvei's technical products and payment solutions to senior stakeholders and C-level prospects.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Identify high-value prospects and contribute to regional sales strategies.
• Develop new sales partnerships with key merchants and operators across Europe.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive developments to identify opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene via Salesforce to ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to tailor value propositions.

English (written and spoken) is the primary language used due to geographical dispersion of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
