Business-System Analyst

• Minimum 5 years experience in system integration, application architecture, or business process management
• At least 3 years experience working with BPM or technical workflow platforms
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes involving multiple systems
• Very good knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management)
• Practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standard
• Knowledge of service orchestration, microservices, and business process architectures
• Experience integrating systems via API, ESB, or iPaaS platforms
• Knowledge of SOA architecture and microservices
• Understanding of event-driven solution design
• Knowledge of REST API, SOAP
• Ability to analyze logs, monitor flows, and diagnose integration problems
• Knowledge of SQL and basic data modeling
• Experience with solutions such as Camunda, IBM BAW / IBM BPM, Appian, Pega, Bizagi, Oracle BPM, Red Hat Process Automation Manager, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Boomi, Informatica, ServiceNow Workflow
• Ability to map business processes to technical solutions
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• Understanding dependencies among business processes, applications, and data
• Ability to conduct workshops with business and IT teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial, telecommunications sectors or large corporate organizations
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture (TOGAF)
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
• Certifications in BPMN, CBPP, TOGAF, ITIL, Scrum or SAFe
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Flow Management, and data platforms

• Design and develop business process orchestration architecture and IT services
• Define and implement BPM processes (Business Process Management)
• Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standard
• Design integration flows between applications, services, and data platforms
• Coordinate and supervise the deployment of orchestration platforms and workflows
• Automate business and technical processes
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and development teams
• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor process performance and implement improvement actions
• Ensure solutions comply with security requirements, compliance, and architectural governance
• Create technical, process, and architectural documentation
