Full-Stack Engineer

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, React, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles, REST APIs, and modern web development patterns.
• Experience building scalable backend systems including database design, caching strategies, and asynchronous processing.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have:

• Experience with workflow automation, business process management, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects or mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and API design.
• Contributions to open-source projects or passion for software craftsmanship.

• Design and implement full-stack features for the Box Automate platform using Java (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend).
• Develop and optimize backend services ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build responsive user interfaces in React for workflow creation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to best practices and architectural decisions.
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to and triage issues.
• Attend weekly stand-ups, team meetings, and manager 1:1s.

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
