QA Engineer II

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience preferably in Salesforce testing or other CRM systems, functional testing, and automation testing.
• Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans for functional, automation, and regression testing.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, X-ray, Salesforce, and AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or OpenAI for automating testing activities.
• Expertise in defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment while maintaining organization and tracking deliverables.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems.
• Oversee review and execution of UAT test cases and document defects with approved standards and tools.
• Create and maintain test automation and performance scripts to grow the automation library and regression suite.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency in Salesforce-based sales and customer success processes.
• Create and maintain training materials and operating manuals supporting QA standards for Salesforce and NPI systems.
• Estimate testing effort for enhancements and projects related to Salesforce-based systems.
• Provide regular quality reports and risk recommendations to delivery teams regarding Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems.
