Senior Product Manager, Workflow

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with 2+ years managing B2B SaaS products
• Proven success managing and launching products, ideally in workflow, business process management, or content automation
• Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product vision and facilitating discussions
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions
• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop and enhance products delivering measurable value
• Collaborate with GTM teams such as Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and others to communicate product messaging and identify use cases
• Work with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions
• Cooperate with Business Development to explore opportunities like technical partner integrations and technology acquisitions
