Consultant MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

ITFS is offering a consultant role focused on implementing MS Dynamics 365 Business Central in Poland with 100% remote work.

• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience in finance, logistics, or production domains within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of business processes and functional aspects, with technical product comprehension
• Experience in data migration
• Experience in project planning and cost estimation
• Knowledge of system extensions and modifications
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Ability to manage project teams and delegate tasks
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level
• Higher education (project experience is more important)

Nice to have:

• Programming skills in AL language
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Communicative knowledge of German or other European languages

• Designing, configuring, and deploying MS Dynamics 365 Business Central in finance, logistics, or production
• Analyzing client business processes and translating them into functional and technical solutions
• Gathering and analyzing requirements for system extensions and modifications
• Preparing and conducting data migration from legacy client systems to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Conducting implementation workshops and continuous collaboration with business clients
• Managing project teams, delegating tasks, and mentoring junior consultants
• Preparing project documentation and communicating in English
• Programming and customizing the system using AL language (optional)
