Technical Artist

Anshar Studios, founded in 2012, focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms. The studio is working on several unannounced projects and is also developing SAW: Genesis.

• Knowledge and understanding of graphic rendering.
• Knowledge of blueprints in Unreal Engine.
• Ability to work in multiple software packages and game engines (e.g. Blender, Unreal Engine 4/5, Substance Designer).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and tools for creating game visuals.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience in VFX.
• Strong artistic skills in some field (modeling, texturing, lighting etc.).
• Creating scripts in Python.
• HLSL knowledge.
• Passion for video games.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

• Working in a team with other tech artists.
• Solving technical issues.
• Game profiling (GPU, CPU, memory) for PC and consoles.
• Game optimization including levels, lighting, assets, materials, textures for PC and consoles.
• Creating materials and tools for the team.
• Continuous growth and knowledge sharing.
