Senior Technical Project Manager

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software delivery, including a minimum of 2 years leading projects of comparable scale
• Proven end-to-end ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery margin for fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery practices, with experience in process improvement
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in at least one technology environment: cloud, .NET, Java, or data engineering
• Excellent English skills at C1 level
• Confidence in using AI tools to support daily project management and delivery

Nice to have:

• Manufacturing background: MES, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, ERP
• Exposure to AI/ML delivery (predictive maintenance, computer vision, GenAI/RAG) as Project Manager or Product Owner
• Experience with data/analytics projects
• Hands-on engineering background

• Deliver projects in line with agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and target margin
• Lead project planning and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Own day-to-day communication with client delivery stakeholders, escalating commercial matters as needed
• Provide regular updates on delivery progress, budget utilisation, and financial forecasts
• Support offer preparation by contributing project estimates, delivery models, and key risk assumptions

• English language proficiency at C1 level is required
• Flexibility to occasionally overlap with US working hours
