Project Manager

Clouds on Mars is an IT consulting company specializing in architecting and delivering solutions covering cloud and data engineering, AI-driven analytics, web apps, and automation. They have 120+ experts organized into 4 Business Units combining specialists across various fields including Data Engineering, BI Consulting, AI Engineering, Solution Architecture, Power Platform Consulting, and Project Management.

• 3+ years' experience in project management.
• 2+ years' experience in consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience leading and managing projects with varying complexity.
• Experience managing complex projects involving employees, customers, and subcontractors.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
• Leadership and management skills to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of consulting and delivery to drive business value.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English.
• Strong planning, collaboration, team orchestration, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen managing P&L and profitability metrics.
• Background in Business Intelligence, Data & AI, or ESG related areas.

• Managing projects end-to-end from presales and contracting through delivery to closure.
• Defining project scope, objectives, business value, and managing risks, budget, and timelines.
• Preparing key documentation such as SOW, WBS, estimates, and risk assessments.
• Supporting contract finalization and change management.
• Planning resources and collaborating with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and delivery.
• Leading project teams by facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, resolving conflicts, and removing impediments.
• Ensuring clear stakeholder communication and regular project status reporting.
• Overseeing quality, costs, and compliance with project plans.
• Coordinating partner onboarding, subcontractor agreements, and financial reconciliation.
• Closing projects, handing over deliverables, collecting CSAT feedback, capturing lessons learned, and driving process improvements.
