Senior Enterprise Applications Business Analyst

Bravura Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o. operates in an international environment, supporting enterprise applications and data change initiatives across multiple business functions and technology teams.

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in a back-office technology function.
• Proven experience working with enterprise applications and data, integrations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, data analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as HR, Finance, Planning, CRM, Service Management, Collaboration, Reporting, Data Warehouse, or Integration platforms.
• Working understanding of data architecture concepts including data flows, lineage, master data, integration patterns, reporting layers, and data quality.
• Strong capability in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, impact assessments, and decision papers.
• Familiarity with agile project and product delivery methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a global, hybrid, and matrix organisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex business, data, and technology topics into clear, actionable analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance immediate delivery needs with wider enterprise perspective.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, challenge assumptions constructively, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with platforms such as Workday HCM and Finance, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, EPM, TM1, Snowflake, MS Power BI, or comparable enterprise platforms is desirable.
• Understanding of SQL, relational databases, reporting tools, or cloud data platforms is desirable.
• Business Analysis certifications such as BCS, IIBA (CBAP/CCBA), and Six Sigma are highly desirable.

Enterprise Applications Analysis:

• Own end-to-end business analyst activities for implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.

Enterprise Data Analysis:

• Collaborate with data SMEs to define data flows, lineage, master data, mapping, migration, and reporting requirements.
• Support data catalogue management and impact assessments for data warehouses.

Delivery & Practice Standardisation:

• Lead establishment and continuous improvement of reusable business analyst frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards across the portfolio.

Collaboration & Quality:

• Facilitate discovery workshops, support governance forums, define acceptance criteria, support testing (UAT), and validate release readiness.
