Senior CPQ Salesforce Developer

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer focused on Apttus CPQ or Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
• Apttus certification is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components development within Salesforce.
• Experience designing and implementing complex CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
• Solid understanding of sales and pricing processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations is a plus.

• Experience with Conga.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within CPQ.
• Design, develop, and customize CPQ (Apttus) solutions to automate complex pricing and quoting processes.
• Lead the technical design and development of customizations, extensions, and integrations between CPQ and other systems.
• Implement and configure product bundles, discount schedules, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using CPQ.
• Stay up-to-date with CPQ industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
