Wymagania
- 8+ years of relevant experience in monitoring services.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related work experience.
- Certification or knowledge in platforms such as Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud Operations Suite.
- Preferred certifications in programming languages, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, or systems engineering.
- Preferred experience with Event Management Systems (AIOps) like Moogsoft, Big Panda, or ITOM for incident management and automation.
Obowiązki
- Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service within own area of responsibility and cross-functional IS service processes.
- Review requirements and specifications to identify actionable items within scope.
- Install and test new versions, investigate, and coordinate resolution of potential and actual service problems.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation for system services.
- Diagnose faults and record and report test results.
- Work closely with suppliers responsible for specific services and validate their performance per contract.
- Engage proactively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and customer satisfaction.
