SAP Project Manager | Budapest based

Deloitte is delivering a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. The role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and transforming businesses through SAP solutions.

• 4-6 years of proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP ecosystems and enterprise business processes.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally including Public Cloud initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within international and matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Native Hungarian language skills and professional English proficiency.
• Based in Budapest.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee discussions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Support change management and business adoption activities.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining focus on business value and outcomes.

• Native Hungarian language skills and professional English proficiency are required.
• Candidate must be based in Budapest.
