SAP Service Manager with German | Poland

Deloitte is seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Manager to join their SAP Operate team, overseeing a team of SAP Support Consultants and Service Desk Consultants located in Central Europe. The role supports clients in Western Europe and involves leadership in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP management with proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and Application Management Services (AMS) processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies.
• Fluent in German (mandatory), Polish, and English at excellent levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, geographically dispersed team.
• EU passport required for potential business travel within the EU.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP Concur.

• Lead and manage a team of SAP Support Consultants and Service Desk Consultants across multiple locations.
• Ensure effective delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) maintaining high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of SAP-related projects aligned with client requirements and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide responsive and proactive support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.
